Shipping & Delivery

ThePartyTents knows how important it is to deliver your party tents quickly to your door. We also know how shipping charges can be annoying, which is why at ThePartyTents, we offer free shipping on every order to the United States.

Most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. In order to insure the fastest delivery, we use FedEx, UPS and USPS shipping services. All orders are shipped within 24 hours on business days. Once your order is shipped, you should receive an email with a tracking number so that you can know exactly when your package will arrive.

We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico

 

Privacy & Security

This website is secured by an 256K Secure Socket Layer Certificate. ThePartyTents is very serious about protecting the customers personal information, which is why you can browse our website without providing any information. In order to place an order, we will absolutely need some information, but we only ask for the strict minimum, and make sure that it is always secure. This is industry leading security which insures that your information is safe. We will not share your information with any third parties, under any circumstances.

Once you place your order, ThePartyTents will collect credit card information and it will be processed via certified payment processors which insure that everything is safe.  You may also place an order via PayPal if you feel safer this way. If you have any concerns about security and privacy, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

Returns & Replacements

At ThePartyTents.com, we make returns as simple as we can. Our goal is to supply you with the best products and the best service in the canopy Industry.  We are aware that customers are skeptical about Return Policies since they are often tricky and misleading. Our goal is to make the return or exchange process trustworthy and as easy as possible

If you have received something else than what you ordered, please notify us within 10 days of delivery because otherwise we won't be able to take it back.

If for whatever reason, you are not happy with your party tent, you may return the item within 7 days of delivery of your order. For orders placed during the holiday season from November 15th to December 31st, the return period is extended to 10 days. The following rules apply:

  • All returns must be made via our Return Procedure with a valid RMA number.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, and original condition.
  • Order cancellations can only be requested prior to shipment. If the order is already shipped, you will have to ship it back, at your own expense, for a full refund.
  • ThePartyTents.com will never pay for return shipping, for any reason whatsoever.
  • We do not sell used products and cannot accept returns for used tents. A tent that started to be assembled is considered used. A used party tent is subject to extra fees which will be determined by ThePartyTents to return the party tent to a brand new state (if possible).
  • If you change your mind when you receive the product, you can still return it within 7 days, but ThePartyTents will charge a 20% restocking fee.

 

ThePartyTents.com Return Procedure

in order to return a product you must first request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). The RMA will include an exact return address and detailed instructions on how to return a product. You may request an RMA using the following Email:

Please let us know which particular item(s) you would like to return and the reason. You will receive an email with an RMA  attached. Please allow 24 to 72 hours for processing.

 

Defective Damaged or Incorrect Products

We all know that accidents happen sometimes. If your product(s) arrive defective or damaged by the shipping company, do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possiblel. We will immediately  rectify the situation. Pictures of the defect will be required.

 

Refunds and Credits

After we accept your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method as you had originally used to place the order (Credit Card or Paypal). The refund amount will be composed of the original purchase price. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Please allow an additional 1-3 days for the credit to appear on your account. ThePartyTents will not offer reimbursement for any damage acquired during installation or any other use of a product. ThePartyTents reserves the right to charge restocking fees of up to 20% in addition to any fees required to bring the return back to brand new status.

 

Viewing Orders

Once you place an order with The Party Tents, you will receive an email with your confirmation number. To view your order, you can look in the email, or if you signed up, you can see it online. You can also ask us about it by email, live chat, or by calling us.
